The Study On Electrical Controlling Of Loop-shaped Drills And Milling Machine

NC-machine tool technology based on electronic information technology is the integration of traditional manufacturing, computer technique, sensor technique, control technique, information processing, net communication and neumerical technique and so on.The NC machine tool manufacturing is an automatic process, in which various kind of commands from HMI(Human Machine Interface) are processed by computer to control the sequence of operation, displacement and velocity of movement automatically.In this theses, the history and present state of manufacture and the development of numerical machine in our country and other countries are introduced, further ,we design the electrical part of the numerical machine and chose the reasonable numerical controlling system (SIEMENS SINUMERIK 802C base line) and the driving equipment and driving motor and servo motor which are suit to the above system according to the structure and working characters of large numerical controlling drills the milling machine,the parameters of system are given and the ladder graphs of PLC are designed. At the end, the simulation of the electrical part of the machine is realized through Matlab.
