With the rapid development of the modern science, technology and production, many kinds of small dimension, shaft and pan revolving body part made of high precision and hardness, low roughness and nonferrous'materials required abrasive machining instead of lathe work once-through machining. This put forward high requirement to velocity, precision and rigidity of NC lathe. Servo characteristic is one of the most important performance indexes to measure the machining quality of NC lathe.So it was an important subject to research on the dynamic characteristic of servo drive system.So,it is an important subject to research on the feed system of the numerical control lathe.In this paper, the feed servo system of FANUC system is studied and analyzed. According to the relationship between the structure of servo feed system and the internal relation of each component,Based on the theoretical derivation, the model of the Mechanical transmission part,the model of the electric servo drive system are all established. Besides that,the current loop, speed loop and position loop of servo drive system are modeled separately.Finally, the model of the integrated feed system including the mechanical drive part and the electric servo drive system is established. Combined with the actual model, select the relevant parameters, simulate the model and analysis and summarize the simulation results.After the analysis, modeling and Simulation of the feed servo system of NC lathe, this paper emphatically introduces how to use the Servo guide software to adjust the servo parameters of the servo system,Servo guide software test out the graphics analysis, verify the simulation results, but also summed up the numerical control system based on FANUC CNC Lathe Feed Servo System of electrical debugging and optimization methods.The method and results can provide practical reference for engineering design and debugging, and it has certain engineering application value.
