| The tube-like parts of aluminum alloy are widely used in industrial and agricultural fields. The forming technique has great impact on the quality of formed surfaces, the processing cycle and the cost. Aiming at the tube sheet metal processing of aluminum alloy, several problems are deeply researched on the basis of the processing conditions in the 48th Electronic Technology Corporation, including the optimum for path finding of blanking processes, the precise and fast unfolding, and the processing technique of monolithic bend forming. The main achievements are described as follows:(1)In order to improve the quality of the formed surface of parts, a series of blanking methods for the processing of aluminum alloy are proposed combining the theory analysis with practice, as well as the measures of protecting the surface quality of parts.(2)According to the analysis of the principle of punch processing, an optimization software of blanking processing is developed, The software takes both the path of reamer and the time of changing the reamer into account. As a result, the processing time is reduced.(3)Through doing bend processing tests on different materials, the bending coefficient table of the sheet metal processing is got, which suits the enterprise well. As a result, the precise and fast processing of enterprise's bending sheet metal is accomplished.(4)Based on the theoretic analysis of the project and the similar parts, one-time bend forming method is proposed for this sort of parts. As a result, the bottleneck for processing is resolved, and the cost is reduced.Above results have been applied to the sheet metal processing. Thus, the processing efficiency and precision are greatly improved, and the great economic benefit is created. Furthermore, the result has great attribution to the development of scientific research of the enterprise . |
