The appearance of NC machine shield is an important indicator in evaluating the overall performance of NC machine,with the development of NC machine,the requirement of sheet production process has be increased increasingly.Therefore the process of NC machine shield was throughouted the whole process of design and production that has important practical significance.Based on the actual project, combining the theory with the sheet metal process, deviation of sheet metal block, welding and bending process was anlysised,putting forward the process of the control deviation to provide a certain and practical application value for NC machine shield design and production.Firstly, based on the process of sheet metal, combining with the characteristics of NC machine shield, the principle of the sheet metal block of NC machine shield was summarized. At the same time, described the specific process of CRT and electric cabinet box of structure block based on these principles.Using ANSYS to analyze the welding temperature field,stress and deformation of CO2 gas shielded arc welding, the temperature distribution of different times, distribution and changement of structure stress and deformation has been gotted,and analyzed the weld length and welding sequence influencing on the welding residual stress and deviation:the action of reducing welding length and adopting welding sequence of middle prior to two end that can reduce residual stress and deformation of welding and improve welding quality.Meanwhile, using DYNAFORM to simulate the process of sheet metal forming and springback process,and analyzed the friction coefficient and die clearance influence on bend forming and springback:the effect of bending forming and controlling spring back is better when friction coefficients generally take 0.13, die clearance set from 105% to 110% for V-shape bending forming.Finally,using the knowledge of plane dimension chain to analyze the length dimensions,tolerances, angular dimensions and tolerances influence on desired dimension.Got the process parameters of electric cabinet box parts with this method.
