The Study On The Optimal Exhaustion Of Wulongquan Lime Resource

The allocation of resources should abide by the principle of efficiency and equity. Based on the theory of sustainable development, the exhausted speed of resources is identical with the appearing speed of its alternatives in order to ensure the normal development of present and future generations and the sustainable use of resources, environment as well as community in the research of optimal consumption. At the same time, the research of optimal consumption is coordination and harmonization of the best extracting speed, path and the exploitation of time. which is subjected to objective laws , and controled by the limiting and developming factors.In the paper, based on the comprehensive analysis about the condition and the utilization of limestone resources, the influencing factors of the optimal consumption about limestone resources have been discussed according to the optimal consumption of limestone resources. The model of the optimal consumption about Wulongquan limestone mining has been studied and put forward to calculate the best extracting speed in order to realize the sustainable use of Wulongquan limestone mineral resources and obtain the continuous development.Finally, the development strategies about limestone mineral resources have been put forward and its utilization have been discussed according to the model of optimal consumption about the limestone mineral resources proposed in the paper.
