The paper presents the paraffin removing and inhibiting techniques that common used in oilfieldThe paraffin removing and inhibiting techniques that common used in oilfield using chemicals to remove and inhibit paraffin, adding chemicals into oil well through ring space,while it does not effect regular production and other works.we can get such effeets as pour point depression, viscosity reduction and unplugging, with some chemicals. At the same time,adding other surfactants into the system for making the chemicals have paraffin removing, inhibiting and viscosity reducing effets.Selecting four type oil basing paraffin removing and inhibiting agents and water basing paraffin removing and inhibiting chemicals respectively.To research Chaoyanggou Oil Field on four oil blocks on the effects of the paraffin inhibiting and that of viscosity reducing. to the oil basing paraffin removing and inhibiting agents, researching the effects of water content to oil samples ,the effects of the chemical adding amount to oil samples.to the water basing paraffin removing and inhibiting agents, researching the effects of water content to oil samples ,the effects of the chemical adding amount to oil samples.While researching dynamic paraffin inhibiting ratio and static paraffin inhibiting ratio of oil basing paraffin removing and inhibiting agents and using water basing paraffin removing and inhibiting chemicals respectly.According to the evaluate and the sift through using oil basing paraffin removing and inhibiting agents and using water basing paraffin removing and inhibiting chemicals.Using oil basing paraffin removing and inhibiting chemicals on the four oil samples in this experiment, the formula four is: 30% surfactants+69% benzene + l% viscosity reducing chemical,to the oil sample whose water content is 50%, when the chemical adding amount is 2%, paraffin-inhibiting ratio is 69.4%~75.7% and the viscosity-redueing ratio 50.4~53.4%.Using water basing paraffin removing and inhibiting chemicals on the four oil samples in this experiment,the formula four is: 30% surfactants(ABS)+10%acetone+59% water + l% viscosity reducing chemical, to the oil sample whose water content is60%, when the chemical adding amount is 200ppm, paraffin-inhibiting ratio is 74.2%~81.3% and the viscosity- redueing ratio 51.5~59%.paraffin-inhibiting ratio and the viscosity-redueing ratio of water basing paraffin removing and inhibiting chemicals is higher than that of oil basing paraffin removing and inhibiting chemicals,On the condition of that experiment , paraffin-inhibiting ratio and the viscosity-redueing ratio can be fit in with demands.Dynamic paraffin inhibiting experiments show that: because oil is in the state of flowing, dynamic paraffin inhibiting ratio is lower than static paraffin inhibiting ratio apparently.but it can fit in with demands.
