Jing Anpu Oilfield The Paraffin Remover Of High Crude To Sort Out

As for the largest high crude production base in our country-Shen yang production plant in Liao He oilfield ,especially for the main oilfield—Jing Anpu oilfield ,because of the high freezing point (average point 45℃,the highest up to 67℃),high wax appearance point (average 55℃,the highest up to 70℃),high wax content(average 40℃, the highest up to 52.3℃),temperature sensitive(from wax appearance to freezing ,it range from 8℃to 15℃),resulting in the serious paffaffin deposite,easily stuck pump and block pipeline , seriously affect the regular oil production. the author screens out a composite hydrocarbon solvent phase and oil-in-water paraffin remover/inhibitor by measuring the paraffin dissolving rate of its solvent phase and the paraffin inhibitor property of its external-phase surfactant. The formula's solvent phase is mixed hydrocarbon, with compound surfactants which has abilities of wetting and dispersion as its external phase. Final experiments show that this paraffin remover/inhibitor has fast rate of paraffin removing, good property of paraffin inhibiting and moderate stability. In addition, it has advantage of being easy to hand and costly, so it can be applied and popularized in oil fields.
