Cementing operation is one of the most important steps in oil and gas drilling engineering. The main purpose of cementing operation is to isolate the oil reservoir,gas reservoir and water reservoir and to protect the oil and gas well casing.It can also prolong the oil and gas well life and enhance the oil and gas yield. Hailaer is the key exploration area of oil field peripheral exploration in Daqing. It is an important replacement resource area of Daqing oil field. As the exploration extent degree increasing , there is more and more cementing operation and construction in winter is also increasing greatly. Because of the influence of alpine,cementing equipment maintenance and construction is quite difficult. There is a lot of domestic and overseas research about cementing technology itself at present But research on cementing facilities matching technology is still hardly found. Construction process requirement of well-completion and reason of cementing operation difficulty are both analyzed in this paper. According to climatic characteristics in Hailaer winter and cementing operation process, low temperature tolerance technology,preheating and insulation technology research for cementing equipments are all developed. Cold-proof supporting methods for all cementing equipment are taken into consideration. A hot blast preheating device is developed in this paper. Electric heater of hydraulic oil tank is designed and calculated. Electric heating belt heat tracing insulation mode is used to decrease diesel transmission pipeline temperature drop. Oil is optimal selection according to different running condition.
