This paper reviews the development of greenhouse at home and abroad and the types of insulation quilt.In order to optimize EVA raw materials,we explored the following factors that affecting EVA foam materials,such as the internal mixing temperature and time,the amount of foaming component,the activation of AC foaming component,the amount of crosslinking component,the ratio of fluorine-containing acrylate resin to the DCP,and the amount of nucleating agent nano-calcium carbonate.Finally,various test characterization and application research were carried out on the product.Through the test analysis results and the product introduction of the raw material production company,DuPont EVA265 was selected as the main raw material.The internal mixing temperature should be controlled at around 100?.The internal mixing time is about 45 minutes.By investigating the amount and the activation of foaming component,the most suitable proportional relationship of refined AC foaming agent to ultrafine zinc oxide to ultrafine cerium oxide is 1:0.15:0.10.Among them,the foaming component is suitable for 8%to 10%.It is more suitable when the amount of cross-linking component is 1.8%.The ratio of fluorine-containing acrylate resin to DCP is 5:1,which is most suitable.The amount of nucleating agent nano calcium carbonate is 6%to 8%.In order to obtain an ideal EVA insulation material with 20 times expansion ratio,the final composition was EVA:90%,AC foaming component:8%,stearic acid:0.3%,crosslinker group(the ratio of fluorine-containing acrylate resin to DCP is 5:1):1.8%,and nano calcium carbonate nucleating agent:6%.In addition,this study focuses on the application of the waterproof and ultra-low temperature resistant insulation quilt EVA materials.The foaming structure of the material is bubble closed,which ensured its high barrier property.On the both side of the material recombine the anti-fog anti-dripping membrane material(inside)and silver or aluminum plating film(outside)at the same time.The characterization analysis of this sample was by measuring its peel strength,ultraviolet transmittance and the coefficient of thermal conductivity.The results show that the adhesive force of the inside and outside film is high to this material at room temperature.Its peel strength can reach above 530 N/m and it still can reach 145 N/m when cooled to-50?.The ultraviolet transmittance of the foamed EVA material and the thermal insulation material is 0 and the coefficient of thermal conductivity is 1.01?1.13 W/(m·K)which makes the material has high blocking and uv protection.Due to its excellent low temperature resistance,it can be used in agricultural greenhouses in alpine region.
