Research On Plugging Control Technology With Oily Sludge

Plugging control technology with oily sludge is a technology that discarded oily sludge is used to make a agent for plugging control, in which the discarded is used and low-pressure oil well can be adjusted. About 35000m3 oily sludge is produced every year in No. 1 Oil Company, Daqing Oilfield. In the past, the oily sludge is usually buried in a deep pit. In this paper, components of the oily sludge in oil recovery station and bottom of the tank in union station were analyzed and a new agent for plugging control made from oily sludge was presented. Through lab experiment, a field test on plugging control with oily sludge was taken in 13 oil wells in No. 1 Oil Company, Daqing Oilfield, injection volume was designed as well, and the compound plugging control agent, the make-up technology, the injection volume and the injection technology were all tested in field. The result shows that the plugging control technology with oily sludge can not only improve water injection profile, but also provide a new way of solving the problem of environment contamination by discarded oily sludge in oil field.
