Formula And Performance Evaluation Of The Oily Sludge Of Changqing Oilfield As Profile Control Agent

The treatment of oily sludge has been paid more and more attention,this paper deals with the treatment of oily sludge in Changqing Oilfield by injection profile control.The specific method is to use the oily sludge of Changqing Oilfield as raw material,and adding suitable additives to prepare the oily sludge profile control agent which can meet the requirements of the oil field conditions and has good profile control effect.First of all,the basic properties and composition of sludge are clarified.Based on the analysis of the basic components of oily sludge samples,the water content,oil content and solid content of three kinds of oily sludge samples were determined.Emulsification of oily sludge was observed at microscope is very complex,the particle size analyzer measured particle size distribution between 5?m⁵0?m.In this paper,three formulations have been developed according to pumping viscosity and stability of three kinds of sludge in Changqing oilfield.The formula of paste oily sludge is as follows:20%paste sludge+50%crude oil+1.0%dispersant+29%produced water;the formula of ground oil sludge is:89%sludge solution?of which there are at the bottom of the solid phase and 69%of the sludge solution?+1.0%dispersant+10%produced water;the dynamic flow of oily sludge is as follows:85%+0.75%BHJ1+14.25%solution produced from sludge solution.The viscosity of the above three profile control agents was less than 25.00 mPa·s.Due to the mainly application is ground oily sludge in the oilfield,the mainly performance evaluation is the ground oily sludge control agent.The settling time of the profile control agent is more than 6 h,so it has good stability;the layered time is not affected by salinity,so it has good salt tolerance;simultaneously,the core plugging experiment of the profile control system shows that can be used to seal the fractured core which is suitable for opening 0.4 mm⁰.8 mm.In order to prolong the plugging time of the profile control agent and improve the plugging effect,the crosslinking agent was added to the conventional oily sludge profile control agent in order to form a gel profile control agent,and the formula:60%oily sludge+0.40%JHW₄+0.40%acetic acid chrome+0.10%dispersant+0.10%stabilizer.The viscosity retention rate of the profile control agent can reach 85%,which shows that the long-term stability is good.
