Oil-containing sludge as an important polluting waste in the oil field development process.At present,there are some problems in the conventional treatment technology,such as high investment cost,low treatment efficiency and easy to cause environmental pollution.Reused as profile control agent,the oil sludge is easily dispersed as the profile blocking agent,resulting in poor injection and deep migration performance,for this issue and in the process of the experiment,there are problems such as small amount of sludge injection,poor profile control,high failure rate of construction equipment and large artificial labor intensity.The annual production of oil sludge in Ansai oilfield is over 8000m3.Which more than a half is storage tank sludge,Carried out in recent years related to sludge treatment technology test and application,How to treat oil-containing sludge legally,economically and efficiently is still a difficult problem at present.Aiming at this situation,a novel emulsion polymer was prepared by reversed-phase emulsion polymerization in this paper.The oil-containing sludge blocking agent system was developed based on the main raw material-the novel emulsion polymer and the performance of the system was tested.The results show: The system can be applied in the environment below 90°C.At the formation temperature,the viscosity of the system is less affected by the time and shearing,and slightly dehydrated under the conditions of 70°C,thermal stability,shear resistance,long-term stability and The salt tolerance is good;under the condition of 50 PV water injection,the blocking rate of plugging agent can still reach over 93%,and the plugging performance is excellent.At the same time,we optimize and improve the sludge control technology from sludge haulage,loading and unloading,storage,dispensing and injection,carry out field test and finally,the sludge profile control technology suitable for ansai oilfield is determined.With this technology,environmental pollution arising from the discharge of sludge are properly handled,oily sludge without landing,the sealing process run,cost-effective and harmless treatment can be achieved,this technology also for the proper handling and resource oily sludge Reuse provides a proven direction of action.
