Hydraulic support is one of the main equipment of the mining technological equipment for fully mechanized coal face which dispersed in the mechanized coal face, it can be composed of the comprehensive mechanization equipment with the use of high-power shearer and high-power transport machinery. But for the large number of hydraulic support nodes and the special circumstances of coal mine, it make the discussion of the automation and control for entire face of the use of hydraulic support,high-power shearer and high-power transport machinery still in development stage. This paper takes the double CAN bus, complete the design of the hydraulic control system which including one CAN-bus was applied in hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system and another was applied in hydraulic support real-time PC monitoring and control system based on the former.This paper first asked to conduct in-depth understanding of the overall structure, technical requirements and main structure of hardware of control systems, then on the basis of detailed analysis of the working condition of support, also set the relevant parameters, and select the main hardware of control system and designed the software of the control system.Second, on the basis of detailed analysis of PC monitoring and control system in a coal mine safety requirements, the system's real-time and network communications bus, determine the interface circuit of CAN-bus, also on the basis of detailed analysis of the communication process of PC, design the communication task of PC monitoring and control system.Third, on the basis of analysis of the basic functions and features of the KINGVIEW, designed the overall software of PC monitoring and control system, developed the software interface also designed the monitoring module.Finally, in order to verify the feasibility of the design of double CAN bus, make the experimental platform structures and analysis the data when PC query the CAN bus nodes one by one, simulation debug the software of PC monitoring and control system. Finally, it summarized and prospected the research topics of real-time PC monitoring and control system.
