In the hydraulic powered support electro-hydraulic control system,the posture information of the hydraulic powered support is very important,however,the existing attitude monitoring scheme is difficult to meet the needs of the site.In order to improve the intellectualization,accuracy and reliability of the mine hydraulic powered support postures monitoring equipment,a kind of mine hydraulic powered support postures monitoring system based on wavelet filtering technology is researched and designed in this subject.On the basis of the model of mine hydraulic support,the postures monitoring scheme of mine hydraulic support under different working conditions is studied,a design method of the posture monitoring system based on a inclination sensor is provided for the mine hydraulic support and the posture monitoring system platform is established based on inclination sensor in this thesis.Key chips are used in the hardware design of the monitoring system,such as the main controller LPC2138 with high performance-price ratio,powerful performance and low power consumption,the dual-axis tilt measuring sensor chip SCA100T with high precision and temperature compensation,and the high-precision analog-to-digital converter LTC1865,etc.Modular programming method is chosen to realize the function of picking up posture information in the software part of the monitoring system.It can communicate with the upper computer and human-computer interface,and the information could display on them.In order to solve the reduction of the signal quality caused by the strong electromagnetic and vibration interference in the mine,the wavelet filter technology is used to improve the quality of the signal.Through the experiments carried out in the laboratory and mine,it is easy to see that the postures monitoring system of the hydraulic powered support is more intelligent.It can pick up the real time postures information of the hydraulic powered support from the upper computer and the hydraulic powered support controller.Since the error of the inclination value is less than 1 degree and the error of the height value is no more than 10 cm,the data is more accurate.During the experiments,the system is reliable and steady,it can be seen that the hydraulic powered support postures monitoring system is outstanding in intelligence,accuracy and reliability,meanwhile,it has the value of popularization and application.
