The problems of environmental pollution caused by heavy metal irons have been taken more attention.It is important that how to determine heavy metals acurately,on-time,on-line.Spectrofluorometry has played more and more important role in many application fields such as environmental protection,food industry and medical chemistry for its merits,such as high sensitivity,high selectivity and simplicity.Most heavy metals irons can not be determined for their very weak fluorescence.While a fluorescent complex formed in the reaction between heavy metal ions and organic reagents can be determined by Spectrofluorometry.With the development of Spectrofluorometry,it is necessary to synthesize many high selective and high sensitive fluorescent probes.Therefore,The thesis was comprised of two parts:First,three fluorescent reagents were synthesized according to the relationship between fluorescence and the structure of reagents,the coordination of triazene; Second,these reagents were used to determine heavy metal irons based on spectrofluorometry.The content of each chapter in the thesis can be summarized as follow:Chapter 1:The classification of fluorescence reagents and the relationship between fluorescence and the structure of reagent were described.The synthesis of 8-aminoquinoline derivative,3-hydroxyflavone derivative and triazene derivative and their applications were also presented in this chapter.Chapter 2:A new reagent 1,8-Bis(2-benthiazolydiazoamino)naphthalene (BBTANP) was synthesized by Combining 1,8-naphthalene with benthiazole through bis-triazene groupChapter 3:The chelate complex was formed by the reaction between BBTANP and Cu(â…¡) in a weak basic medium,which resulted in fluorescence enhancement. The reaction showed a high selectivity and sensitivity for Cu(â…¡).Based on this,a new spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of trace Cu(â…¡) with BBTANP was developed. Chapter 4:A new reagent 5-(4-chlorophenylazo)-8-(8- aminoquinolyldiamino) quinoline(p-CIPAQAQ) was synthesized by the reaction of fluorescent 8-aminoquinoline and triazene which have the incorporating group.Chapter 5:The chelate complex was formed by the reaction between p-CIPAQAQ and Al(â…¢) in a weak basic medium,resulting in fluorescence enhancement.The excitation and emission wavelengths of p-CIPAQAQ/Al(â…¢) system were 427 nm and 498 nm in a basic medium,respectively,a new spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of trace Al(â…¢) with p-CIPAQAQ was developed with satisfied results.Chapter 6:a new reagent 1-(4-Nitrophenyl)-3-(3-hydroxy-7-methoxy-6-flavonyl)-triazene(NPHMOFDT) was synthesized by combining triazene group with 3-hydroxyflavone group dual fluorophore.The chelate complex was formed by the reaction between NPHMOFDT and Hg(â…¡) in a weak basic medium and in the presence of Triton X-100,resulting in fluorescence enhancement.The results showed that the spectrofluorimetric method is high selective and sensitive to Hg(â…¡).
