Machine center is a typical set of high-tech machining in mechanical device, it represents the development of a country's level of design and manufacturing. Machine center with high-precision, high speed, high efficiency and high automation and can adapt to many varieties of small batch production of a distinctive feature, so the development of domestic and foreign enterprises attach great importance. A large number of processing centers abroad enter the Chinese market, attacking China's Machine Industry a lot. As a center production and manufacturing process of Chinese enterprises, how to withstand the impact of foreign enterprises, it is important to make at home and abroad in processing performance, quality, reliability and appearance of the narrowing gap with foreign countries. Therefore learning from foreign advanced technology and research to further improve and enhance the performance of products ,at the same time, conduct in-depth studies in the appearance of design, ergonomics, color design, in order to enable the processing center of China's manufacturing industry in the operation more pleasant, the last in the design embodies the characteristics of enterprises, in the color on to the customer left a deep impression of the visual to the operator to bring the feelings of pleasure.Machining center design is user-friendly ergonomics to explore under the guidance of the principles of that person's behavior, ability, instinct and other characteristics of the limit on the machining center designed to create a good human-computer interaction, reflecting on the machining center demand attention. At present, some of my design of CNC machining center, there is no good to consider the issue of man-machine engineering, human-computer system for the lack of the necessary research and experimentation.Paper analyzed the design of the concept of human nature and human design to introduce the idea of the design of machining center. By the analysis of processing center of the structure and shape, it pointed out that the existing problems among them and bring forth study design ideas of processing center design. This article focuses on the use of man-machine systems engineering research methods, the use of human modeling technology to design and processing center of the body size of the detailed analysis and research, including the operator line-of-sight, the high angle range, elbow height settings, control panel layout, button design, the analysis of operating space. The article summed up the control panel, processing center shield, as well as the design method of operating space. Thesis research on the machining center to study a full range of reliability, striving to make business through the study of human, machine tools, the environment has been well coordinated, so that enterprises with the reliability of CNC machine tools, processing capacity and production efficiency of large rate to increase.This article will be of Shandong Huaxing Machinery Co., Ltd., represented by SMC3205 machining center, the use of modern industrial design approach to design research, to provide scientific and objective basis for the design; and the use of computer-aided design methods, application of modern industrial design theory, on the processing Center for Design of humanized design of specific programs, and its modeling, rendering to produce the effect of the corresponding map.In this paper, through theoretical research, data analysis, examples of design, summed up the characteristics of machining centers and methods of design, and 3D Max, and Rhino for modeling and rendering, three-dimensional modeling the effect of drawing maps and design the best solution. Finally, in line with the user-friendly design of the machining center design requirements.
