Protection Design Of HTC63n Series CNC Lathes

For a long time, domestic CNC machine tools have been presenting a clunky image. The research on machine protection and the introduction of the industrial design theory is studied and valued inadequately in the whole machine tool industry, industrial design only has been taken as "artwork" and the evaluation of CNC machine tools protection is lack of enough attention and has been restricted to a part of CNC machine tools. Many people think that machine protection is too simple and without technical content and not worth the human, material and financial resources to study specifically. Caused by such prejudice, domestic CNC machine tool protective has restricted by production method,sheet metal processing technology has been imperfect processing capacity has been inefficiency; designers'design concept have been outdated and introduction of industrial design knowledge has been lacked. In order to improve the current unfavorable situation and enhance the product quality of domestic CNC machine tools protection, thus improve the product quality of domestic CNC machine tools, the author studies on HTC63n Series CNC lathes protection design with the purpose of promoting protection level of the domestic machine tool.By introducing industrial design theory into HTC63n Series CNC lathes protection design, the installation position, method and type of each component are confirmed by ergonomics theory, thereby enhancing the "agreeableness" of the machine protection; the protection color matched by color design theory in order to increasing the holistic of the machine protection; and the whole CNC machine protection design used by product method design to be more modern, beautiful and comfortable. By designing and analyzing of HTC63n Series CNC lathes external and internal protective structure and appearance molding design to summarize the design principles, methods and techniques of the various parts of the machine tool and find a universal design process and methods for most of machine protection.Through the appearance design and structure design of HTC63n Series CNC lathes,to find a universal machine for most of the design process and methods of protection.
