Subdivision saw is an important sawing equipment in Woodworking machinery, it occupies an important position in the furniture manufacturing industry, currently, there are problems such as bulky、low degree of automation、operational difficulties exist in our subdivision saws. For major problems of subdivision saw, to design a CNC reciprocating sawn timber subdivision saw, and analyze its human-machine performance to meet the functional requirements of the premise, but also has easy-to-operate and high efficiency.According to the basic factors affecting the overall layout of the CNC reciprocating sawn timber subdivision saw, design the overall of CNC reciprocating sawn timber subdivision saw, include the design of the host, pushing rod, pressure beam structure, lathe bed and other key components. Focusing on the lathe bed base for analysis, and conduct the static simulation analysis for it using ANSYS, get the contours of stress and strain, verify its strength and stiffness to meet the requirements.Analyzing lathe bed and the operation and display panel of the subdivision saw based on the ergonomics, identify deficiencies of the subdivision saw in the human-machine performance, and through ergonomics theory, put forward the height of workbench and operation display panel rational distribution range; Use the human-machine engineering module generates a human body model in CATIA and operate the simulation analysis of mannequins posture, through the comparison of the data of rapid upper limb assessment (RULA) operation posture analysis and biomechanics single action analysis (BSAA) of three kinds of operating position, screening of a higher comfort level operating position and optimize in CATIA body posture analysis module. In-depth study of the model of CNC reciprocating sawn timber subdivision saw, summed the design principles of form and color of CNC reciprocating sawn timber subdivision saw; deepening design the shape and color of CNC reciprocating sawn timber subdivision saw through stages of the sketch design, Alias modeling, Showcase rendering.
