The Problems China Is Facing In The Construction Of Eco-civilization And Its Ethics Countermeasures

Since the thirty years of the reform and opening up, China's economic indicators and other social indicators have exceeded the target in successive years, however, the environmental indicators were not the case at all. The consistent slogan of the yearly environmental statement is "Local improvement, but it took a turn for the worse in overall situation". Development is inevitable, but also the merciless nature. What astounding us is the ecological crisis derived from the values of industrial civilization. We human urgently call for a new civilization, which can be regarded as a thorough value revolutionary in the real sense. Just facing with such severe situation, appealing for the construction of ecological civilization is on the upsurge day by day, what's more, it has been written in the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as an important content. Construction of ecological civilization is a sublimation of our party's conception of developing scientifically as well as harmoniously.What included in this article is the necessity and urgency of Construction of ecological civilization in our country from the domestic and international background, as well as the analysis of the principal character of the Construction of ecological civilization under the pre-condition of clarification the conception of ecological civilization. The problems and actual contradictions of our country's Construction of ecological civilization accompanying with the attempts to raise corresponding reading and countermeasure from an ethical point of view are involved in this article.First of all, the article analyzed the backgrounds and realistic significances of our country's Construction of ecological civilization, pointed out that the environment protection and the Construction of ecological civilization under the global perspective are the main trend of human survival and development. Putting forward the ecological civilization is not only based on the desire of protection the ecology, but also founded on the realization of the actual contradictions,self-reflection on moral life,the search for ways to get rid of ecological crises. Construction of ecological civilization in China is closely related to durative and steady development of the economic, moreover, it is related to the social harmony and progress,civil vital interests,China is international intercourse, as well as the success of exploration the Chinese socialism.The article compared the ecological civilization with other former civilization, and analyzed several readings of the implication of ecological civilization at the same time, then obtained the conclusion that the ecological civilization is a wholly new civilization paradigm. Respect and safeguard the ecological environment is the keynote, sustainable development is the base and sustainable development of human is the focus, which emphasized the interdependence,promotion and symbiosis between human and the nature. Higher awareness of environmental protection,the conception of sustainable development of economic and social and a fairer and more rational social system are fundamental characters.For another, this article further dealt with the issue of environmental pollution and ecological damage that the ecological civilization faced, pointed out that four main aspects should be resolved in order to construct the ecological civilization. Furthermore, it deeply analyzed the contradictions between construction of ecological civilization and the notion of economic interests above everything else,social inequality,consumerist life style,imperfect eco-ethics education.Finally, correspondingly ethical countermeasures on construction of ecological civilization are discussed aiming at these contradictions. It exactly included reinforce eco-ethics researches, which provided the spiritual resources and theoretical foundation for the construction of ecological civilization; strengthening economic ethics researches and carrying out the principle of unity of equality and efficiency; resistance consumerist life style and establishment consumption pattern in favor of human comprehensive development; extensively launch eco-ethics education, as well as improvement the public ecological moral consciousness.
