Dealing With The Ecological Problems And Preventing The Ecological Crisis In Civilization Construction

Ecological civilization is the current topic in China.The17th CPC report propose clearly for the first time:Construction of the ecological civilization, the form the srtucture of energy and resources saving as well as environmental protection of industry, and the patterns of growth and consumption. This is put forward directly for China's environmental protection in a tough time. China has to pay more than 280 billion Yuan due to environmental pollution each yearIn recent years, experts and scholars at home and abroad agreed that : the problems of ecological environment is the biggest bottleneck for the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development for China in the21st century. From the causes of of the ecological problems and crises, the appearance of ecological problems emerges simultaneously associated with the process of industrialization. It is unavoidable. The ecological crises is the embodiment of the seriously environmental problems, but it is not inevitable. At present, it becomes more and more serious for the ecological problems in China. The development of industrialization and science is the only way to solve the ecological crises.Marxist theory and contemporary ecological civilization of sustainable development is to solve ecological problems, to prevent the guiding ideology of ecological crisis. Pointed out the scientific concept of development in accordance with the rules of natural ecosystems, and maintain coordination between man and nature is an important development in the same direct guiding significance. Ecological civilization theory, sustainable development, as well as the concept of scientific development are mutually reinforcing relationship.An analysis of the form, difference and relation of ecological problems and crisis is deducted to prove that the ecological problems are inevitable and the ecological crisis is avoidable in both theory and reality.In recent years, ecology problems and ecological crisis emerged frequently in our country. We should be guided by the scientific development, build up the new concept of ecological view of nature, establish the proper consumption patten according to the development of China's conditions, innovate the new way to develop economics, seek for international cooperation, provide the support for environmental management during the transition of economics, transform government functions, strengthen and improve macro-controls, strengthen the governmental role in dealing with ecological problems, improve the management and mechanism to achieve the innovation of environmental system and the model of development, improve the policies of resource conservation and environmental protection as well as the construction of laws and regulations system, resolve ecological problems by the means of market regulation, promote environmental governance, make corresponding regulations for emergent ecological crisis, and implement the socialization of environmental issues to solve ecological problems effectively and realize sustainable development for the economic society.
