The plant material to metal material's attrition is one of the main reasons for service life affection of the farm machinery and feed processing machinery. Our country uses the alfalfa grass pellet produced by Hoop Standard Granulator which processes the mixed feed as the main form of the alfalfa forage grass product'process and use, which has solved the problem of stores, transports and feeds in the process of the alfalfa industrialization. However, due to the physical and mechanical properties of alfalfa is different from the normal diet in the production practice machining alfalfa grass pellet , the attrition of circular mold is extremely serious, and its service life is reduced. At the same time, the material of the circular mold Pelletier machine mostly takes the high quality alloy steel as the raw material, its cost is expensive, and which increases the cost of enterprise's product in some way. This topic carries the alfalfa grass powder grinding abrasion experiment which takes 60Si2Mn steel as the abrasion on three body grinding abrasion testing machine which simulates the link mold operating mode, because of the mold's attrition problem. Through analyzing the heat treatment characteristic of 60Si2Mn steel, decide the different heat treatment plan and study the mechanical property and the Microstructure of 60Si2Mn steel after different heat treatment. As well as the steel hardness, toughness and microstructure impact of 60Si2Mn steel's wear resistance property to alfalfa.1 After austenitizing at 900℃, while 60Si2Mn steel is being Carried out isothermal treatment at different temperature, it's hardness will decrease slightly, but the impact toughness will increase . Through analyzing the microstructure, find that 60Si2Mn steel consisting of martensite and lower bainite in a certain proportion has better mechanical properties.2 After analyzing 60Si2Mn steel's impact toughness, hardness and wear test, find that the heat treatment process used to sample A6 (900℃austenizing, 310℃isothermal 30min, 160℃low temperature tempering) is the best in the all different process. 3 Under the experimental conditions, heat treated 60Si2Mn steel's wear resistance property has increased14%-37%.4 According to sample's abrasion loss against the alfalfa, there is no obvious rule follows between the abrasion loss and hardness or impact toughness.5 Generally, the increase of hardness or impact toughness will enhance the material's Wear-Resistance. However, in soft-abrasive wear, the single increase of hardness or impact toughness may not enhance the material's Wear-Resistance. Under the experimental conditions, the Wear-Resistance is not directly proportional to increase of hardness, 60Si2Mn steel's Wear-Resistance to the alfalfa will enhance when hardness, plasticity and toughness coordinated in a rational way. Because of plasticity and toughness, the surface pressure is decomposed, and the possibility of pressing the abrasive into matrix is reduced. Experiments show that microstructure directly influences the Wear-Resistance of 60Si2Mn steel.6 The analysis of attrition appearance show that abrasion mechanism between 60Si2Mn steel and alfalfa mainly is microscopic cutting attrition.
