1 Oscillating chemical reactions and their applications in pharmaceutical analysis (Review)A brief review was made in the following fields:introduction to chemical oscillating reactions, conditions of chemical oscillating reactions, the progress of oscillating chemical reactions, the applications of oscillating chemical reactions to analytical determination, the properties and mechanisms of oscillating chemical reactions and the significance and the foregroud of research in oscillating chemical reactions.2 Effect of fungicide Tebuconazole for the B-Z oscillating chemical reaction and its analytical determinationThe effect of fungicide Tebuconazole on the B-Z oscillating chemical reaction was studied. Results showed that the adding of fungicide Tebuconazole can be perturbed both the oscillating period and amplitude, the changes of the oscillating period was linearly proportional to the concentration of Tebuconazole which over the range of 0.5×10-5 to 0.02×10﹣2mol/L,with the related coefficient to be 0.9911 and a detect limit 1.31×10-6 mol/L.The connection of amplitude changed and the concentration of Tebuconazole was△A=3.3039×10﹣4c2 -0.00353c+0.01126,with the related coefficient to be 0.9472.3 Effect of fungicide Triadimeno for the B-Z oscillating chemical reaction and its analytical determinationA novel and convenient method is presented for the determination of triadimeno which is based upon sequential perturbation of Ce(Ⅳ)-catalyzed belousov-zhabotinsky (B-Z) oscillating system with different amounts of triadimeno using a continuous-flow stirred tank reactor (CSTR). The changes of the oscillating period was linearly proportional to the concentration of triadimeno which over the range of 5.0×10-6 to 0.23×10-3mol/L,with the related coefficient to be 0.998.4 Effect of fungicide Diniconazole for the B-Z oscillating chemical reaction and its analytical determination A simple and sensitive analytical method was proposed for the determination of diniconazole by the perturbation caused by different amounts of diniconazole on the belousov-zhabotinsky (B-Z) oscillating system in a closed system. The results showed a good linear relationship between the changs in the oscillation amplitude and the concentration of diniconazole. The calibration curve was linearly proportional to the concentration of diniconazole over the range 0.90×10-5 mol/L to 0.13×10-3 mol/L,with a regression coefficient 0.9991.5 Effect of pesticide Acetamiprid for the B-Z oscillating chemical reaction and its analytical determinationA novel and convenient method is presented for the determination of acetamiprid, which is based upon sequential perturbation of Ce(Ⅳ)-catalyzed belousov-zhabotinsky (B-Z) oscillating system with different amounts of acetamiprid using a continuous-flow stirred tank reactor (CSTR). The results showed that change in oscillating amplitude was linearly proportional and change in oscillating period was following a second-order polynomial to the c (where c is the concentration of acetamiprid ) in the range of 4.80×10-5 to 2.0×10-4 mol/L, with the regression coefficient of 0.9995 and 0.9976, respectively, the lowest detection limit was 5.0×10-7 mol/L. On this basis, the method for the determination of acetamiprid was established.
