In this article, aqueous adhesive of thermal-infrared stealthy coating was synthesized by emulsion polymerization method with isoprene and acrylonitrile as monomers. The size and size distribution of emulsion, surface structure and thermal-infrared emissivity of coating were investigated by laser particle analyzer, SEM and IR-1 infrared radiomete. The main contents as the following aspects:1. The polymer emulsion was prepared through emulsion polymerization. The result of IR indicated that the glue film had good spectral transmission, conforming the request of thermal-infrared stealthy coating for textile.2. The flaky metal powder was prepared through ball milling. The SEM showed that metal powder became flaky after ball milling. It conforming the request of stuffing of thermal-infrared stealthy coating. The addition of it made the emissivity of coating obviously reduce.3. The emissivity of coating which added different metal powder or different dosages were tested. The result showed that coat emissivity was the lowest when we added 20 % flaky aluminum powder into the coating.
