By coating on surface of the target,low infrared emissivity coating can reduce the differences of infrared radiation characteristics between the target and the background effectively,and improve the viability of the target.It is a convenient infrared stealth measure.Domestic and overseas have studied on low infrared emissivity coating for years.But for the durability of low infrared emissivity coatings,the performance evaluation in the natural environment and the compatibility with the microwave absorbers are not further studied.This article mainly includes the following parts:Through the nine kinds of resin for testing and analysis,include viscosity,contact angle,adhesion,UV aging resistance and salt spray resistance,the YSM-233H resin with the best comprehensive performance was screened as the resin for low infrared emissivity coating.Through different types and specifications of the low infrared emissivity pigment for emissivity testing,flake aluminum powder was screened as the filler for low infrared emissivity coating.By studying the effect of aluminum powder content,composite filler and roughness on the emissivity of coating,the final formula of low infrared emissivity coating was determined.The infrared emissivity of the coating is 0.446.And the coating has excellent mechanical properties and resistance to marine environmental performance.Studying on application performance of low infrared emissivity coating,the coating can significantly reduce the infrared characteristics of the model during the process of warming and cooling.When the inclination angle is 60°,the infrared characteristic signal of the low infrared emissivity coating is the smallest,and the surface temperature difference is 19.9? and the radiation emission decreases to 65.52W/m2 compared with the ordinary sea gray coating with the same inclination angle.And the low infrared emissivity coating has excellent resistance to marine environmental performance.From the perspective of penetration depth,the mechanism analysis of the microwave and infrared stealth compatibility shows that the low infrared emissivity coating is compatible with the microwave absorbing material in the conditions of selecting appropriate parameters(e.g.conductivity,thickness).
