With the increase of mining depth and the improvement of mechanized extraction, the deep mine high temperature and heat has become one of the most seriously problems in deep mines, which does harm to the miners healthy and restricts the further improvement of mine productive efficiency. Therefore, how to improve the microclimate condition in the underground, prevent the heat harm and guarantee the safe production has become a very important content in safety work.The present situation and level of the inland and foreign study in the theory of airflow temperature forecast is summarized and the existent problems are analysed. The situation of high temperature and treatment measure in Huainan coal mine area are detailed investigated and analysed. Based on the research on the theory of heat and moisture transfer between surrounding rocks and dissolute, proposed use tunnel wall humidity coefficient to solve the latent heat from tunnel wall; researched the wall coefficient of heat transfer and unsteady heating transfer coefficient between wall rock and air fluent; established the prediction model of temperature and humidity of dissolute in heat mine. By applying artificial neural network to prediction, the paper presents a more reasonable method.This paper detailedly studies the heat problem in PanSan coal mine. Analyzed the regularity of underground temperature variation and abnormal factors for Huainan coal mine area, combined with drilling measure temperature data, conclusioned the causes of heat temperature and determined the ground temperature in PanSan mine. Thermal conductivity instrument was used to determine the thermal conductivity of rock and seam in roadway. Lastly, detailed researched the regularity of ground climate how to influence the underground microclimate.The methods for predicting the heat status of airflow in mine have been summarized and compared. Determined the predict method by using Mathemaotical Analysis and statistics (BP neural network). It also developed the prediction software by Delphi programming. The paper defined the functions of the software, presented use corrective observation trial calculation in prediction model. It predicted the dissolute temperature in deep roadway and coal working face used the software,proved that it has certain guiding significance. Llowering temperature program is planned and detailed analysed the first stage of it. The comprehensive measures to control the heat hazard in PanSan mine are determined and it obtained good effect.
