With the continuous development and utilization of mineral resources,the shallow resources are reduced or even dried up slowly,most of the metal mines in our country has started the deep mining.In the deep mine ventilation is an important content of guarantee mining,underground ventilation can regulate climate,ensure the safety of underground staff's life.In the process of ventilation,the wind and the mine roadway will keep wet and heat exchange,which will result in higher air temperature and humidity.High air temperature and humidity affects mine safety production.Therefore,to study the effect of different factors on the underground thermal environment,wind flow and the law of the shallow rock wet and heat exchange,the mine safety production and control the underground thermal environment is of great significance.Are introduced in this paper,a preliminary main source of heat,wet and high temperature heat harm on the influence of the safe production in mining enterprises.By collating relevant information both at home and abroad,it is concluded that the research status of wind flow heat transfer in mine at home and abroad and the development level.With mine as the engineering background,analyzes the surrounding rock of underground and damp heat transfer process,found the six main factors influencing underground wind damp and hot swap:roadway length,the wall temperature,inlet air temperature,wind speed,inlet air humidity and humidity of the wall.At first,this paper established the mine in Gambit environment of temperature and humidity of the mathematics,physics model,then the target of endpoint temperature and relative humidity factor,the numerical simulation solver is calculated by FLUENT,for each single factor analysis of the factors which influence.Based on the analysis results of data fitting,the various factors to a particular target factor of linear or nonlinear relationship.The research results of this paper are an important part of the theoretical research on heat and mass transfer of rock wall and air flow in hot and humid mines,and provide reference for dehumidification and cooling control measures.
