The paper studys deeply on composite fuel oil of different formula and XJ-1, aluminum powder how to affect the performance of Modified ANFO, at the same time, it carry out the optimization design of production of Modified ANFO, and then it established mathematical model of modified ANFO's prescription, it also programmed to linear programming solution. In conclusion the dissertation made some research as fellow :1.Composite fuel oil of different formula how to affect the performance of Modified ANFO(1) Adding different content of mineral wax and rosin to the composite wax and paraffin,and to study mineral wax and rosin how to affect the performance of Modified ANFO. The conclusion shows that when composite fuel oil is paraffin: rosin=8:2, the diaspora time of 50 gram explosives is 4.37s, compared with simple composite wax as the oil phase , the diaspora time has been reduced by 72.1%, and the hygroscopicity in 12 hours of modified ammonium nitrate has been reduced by 51.3%, compared with ammonium nitrate. when composite fuel oil is composite wax: rosin =7:3, the hygroscopicity in 12 hours of explosives has been reduced by 16.3%. when composite fuel oil is Paraffin: rosin=7:3, the detonation velocity of explosives is 3350 m.s-1. when composite fuel oil is Paraffin: rosin=8:2, the blasting crater volume of explosives is 0.0505m3.(2) Designing orthogonal experiment, composite wax, mineral wax, rosin and paraffin, mineral wax, rosin as the factors, to study the effects of various factors on the properties of explosives.The conclusion shows that when composite fuel oil is composite wax: mineral wax: rosin=2.2:0.4:1.5, the hygroscopicity in 12 hours of explosives has been reduced by 20.3%, compared with the explosives of simple compound wax as the oil phase.when composite fuel oil is paraffin:mineral wax: rosin=2.2:1.7:0.4, the detonation velocity of explosives is 3365 m.s-1.when composite fuel oil is composite wax: mineral wax: rosin=1.8:0.4:1.7,the blasting crater volume of explosives is 0.0694m3.2. Additives how to affect the properties of explosives(1) XJ-1 how to affect the properties of explosives The conclusion shows that with the amount of XJ-1 increasing, the detonation velocity of explosives also increases, when the amount of XJ-1 is 1.5%, the underwater explosion energy of explosives is the largest, when the amount of XJ-1 is 0.5% and 1%, the underwater explosion energy of explosives is smaller than the explosives which does not add XJ-1 .(2) Al how to affect the properties of explosivesThe conclusion shows that with the amount of Al increasing, the underwater explosion energy of explosives increases,and the detonation velocity of explosives decreases.3.The study on production technology of explosives(1) The optimization of production technology of explosivesThe conclusion shows that when the explosives'swelling temperature is 105℃, expanding time is 12 minutes, the moisture content is 6.3 percent of the explosives'quality, the maximum detonation velocity of explosives is 3312m.s-1, when swelling temperature is 110℃, expanding time is 10min, the moisture content is 6.2 percent of the explosives'quality, the hygroscopicity in 12 hours of explosives is 19.52% and it has reduced by 42.1% when compared with industrial ammonium nitrate.(2) The mixing uniformity's research on composite fuel oil and ammonium nitrate The conclusion shows that adding composite surfactants and additive B sovle the problem that ammonium nitrate and composite fuel oil stratified after mixture,explosives'performance has significantly improved. explosive detonation velocity reachs 3385 m.s-1, the blasting crater volume of explosives reachs 0.107m3.
