The theory and experience of Mining Under "Three Under" are becoming more and more mature at present. However, the research on the law of strata and surface movement on the special geological conditions is still scant, especially on the condition of fastly mining Fully Mechanized Sublevel Caving or deep and thick water bearing unconsolidated layer(the thickness of unconsolidated layers: 150~600m, the percentage of thickness of unconsolidated layers is 60%~80%).This system is a subsystem of"Automatic Management System of coal mine measuring based on MapX cooperative developed by Huainan Mining Group and Anhui University of Science and Technology. In this paper, the law of movement and deformation on the condition of fastly mining Fully Mechanized Sublevel Caving or deep and thick water bearing unconsolidated layer was researched. Base on the law above, the parameters of Probability Integral Method are defined. The author completed the paper after developing the system.The paper discussed several key technical issues in the course of the system's research. By using GIS platform (MapX) and database technology to manage, analyze and process the information about surface move observation station. This paper discussed Probability Integral Method which was widely used in Mining subsidence and proved to be effective in this geology and mining conditions by many years'practice. This paper used this method combined Least Square Method to obtain the prediction and movement paramenters, and then predict movement and deformation values in mining of random shap face and visual output of these values. This paper includes two main aspects which have important theoretical and practical significance. First, the traditional Probability Integral Method has the disadvantage of fast convergence in basin margin of subsidence curve. So we made some modification of using prediction model of Probability Integral Method to make subsidence closer to the reality. We made a large experimental research on measured data and prediction data. These results show that the fitting precision of model is high. Second, by analyzing the errors of surface movement parameters due to measurement errors, the error model is given, which provides theoretical basis for rational using these parameters.
