River Basin Ecological Evaluation And Environmental Compensation Model

At present, the ecological environment is more and more serious, but the basin ecological environment is especially destroyed, more and more becomes the barrier which restricts the development of economic-society, more and more arouses people's concernation.In order to change this situation, there is a need to study river basin environmental compensation model and environmental value evaluation.The paper is selected and researched under this background.The first part of the paper introduced the topics of the background, content, methods and technology roadmap, as well as innovation thesis. The second part studyed the value of the theoretical basis for ecological compensation.The third part is based on the CVM to assess the value of the ecological environment.The fourth part study the ecological compensation patterns at home and abroad.The fifth part is the focus of the paper, the use of CVM to investigate and measure the Nanjing public's willingness to pay for the improvement of the Yangtze River Basin ecological environment,draw the ecological value of Nanjing section of Yangtze River ;By analysis of factors affected residents, willingness to pay, draw major factors affected residents, willingness to pay.Based on the above study,establish environmental compensation model of Yangtze river basin.Part VI is the conclusions and prospects.In the essay,norms of research methods used to study the ecological value of the theoretical basis for compensation.Empirical research methods used in quantitative research methods to assess the value of the ecological environment of the watershed and to analyse willingness to pay for the affected residents of the factors.Qualitative method has been used to study ecological compensation model at home and abroad.Through this research, the establishment of ecological compensation model was inspired,the ecological value of Nanjing section of Yangtze River was drawn.On this basis,in order to improve the ecological environment and realize sustainable development of river basin,it is necessary to establish environmental compensation model of Yangtze river basin.
