According to the energy saving development compendium of"eleventh Five-Year Plan", the important energy saving field is building energy saving,industry energy saving and transport energy saving,the most quantity energy using is building.In order to developing balance and rapid,it is important to improve the wall materials of our country,studying a new energy saving wall materials is a important mission for the researcher.By analyzing the crop straw resource,using the characteristic of areas,developed paddy fiber cement foam heat preservation wall materials.In this article,the paddy fiber is marinated in the glutin latex,improving the defect of high water absorption,decomposing and cement cohere retarding,enhancing the wear of the materials.At the same time,this article has planed a L9(34) Orthogonal experiment,selecting a best mixing proportion,the water cement ratio is 0.7,the fiber volume is 40%,the fiber length is 4mm±2mm,the foam agent weight is 10%,in this mixing proportion,the molding's density is 474kg/m3,water absorption is 35.7%,compressive strength is1.2Mpa,thermal conductivity is 0.0963W/(m.K).The using of paddy fiber volume proportion and length have a important effect on the dry shrinkage,toughness(compressive toughness) and aperture's distributing and shape in the cement materials.The longer of the fiber,the better for the dry shrinkage,toughness and aperture's size,when the length of the fiber is 4mm±2mm,and the using volume is 40%:the dry shrinkage at 60 days is 2168.5×10-6,it is less 14.7%than the material without fiber;the compressive toughness I30 at 15.5 times critical displacement is 23.8,it is 216%more than the material without fiber;the average aperture is 135.2μm,porosity rate is 70.1%at this mixing proportion.The length of the fiber has less effect on the dry shrinkage,toughness and aperture's distributing and size,adding the fiber's length will make the performance of the dry shrinkage and aperture's distributing,but benefiting for the toughness. Changing the surface of the fiber and lowdown the alkalinity is benefiting for the material's wear,in the article,using the SEM has a detailed analyse.
