Oily wastewater has extensive sources,wide damaging range and complex constituent.It is very difficult to treat.Cavitations jet process was selected to treat oily wastewater,through experiment to check the effects of oil removal rate by various factors while treating oily waste water and the best running condition was finally confirmed.The water quality of Maling Oil Field was simulated,and the main factors were analyzed.Using this technique to treat oily wastewater,settling time is fixed as 50 min,pressure is 0.9 MPa.The result shows that setting time has certain influence to separation effect.The longer the time is,the better the effect is,because the big oil drops will go up,but this has no direct ratio to setting time;oil removal rate will be improved when the cavitations is enhanced. The effect of this method is very different when used in different concentration of oily water; the higher the concentration is,the better the effect is.Oil removal rate will be improved as the treatment time increases.When little surfactant is added,the treatment effect will drop dramatically.When more surface active agent is added,there is no big drop for the effect; shortly vibrated water has big oil drops and long time after vibration,the oil drop usually smaller.When there is a lot of oil drops,the effects will be not so good.Using this technique to treat Maling Oil Field wastewater,setting time is fixed as 40 min, pressure is 0.9 MPa,the result shows thatâ‘ SS concentration will drop as setting time increases,its removal rate will improve as pressure goes up;Setting time has certain effect to oil separation and COD removal.The longer the time is,the better the removal rate is and the better for the big oil drops going up,but it has no direct ratio to setting time.â‘¡When pressure goes up,oil concentration will drop but not obviously.The higher the pressure is,the higher the COD removal rate is.After cavitations jet treated,the chloride thickness in water will first drop then increase as the setting time goes on.Best effect can be achieved after 40 minutes.The chloride concentration will vibrate dramatically as pressure goes up.Setting time and pressure have no influence to pH figure.â‘¢The more the treatment time is,SS concentration drops;Oil concentration will drop as treatment time increases but not dramatically.COD concentration will drop as treatment time increases,cycle time has not big effect to chloride removal,and pH figure basically has no change.
