Mine production system is extremely complex. As a result of changeable occurrence conditions and grade, plentiful unforeseen factors of Iron Mine of Jinshandian. In the production process, it is essential to use of mining equipment reasonable ,optimize the transport system, improve the level of production management in order to enhance mine productivity and economic efficiency. As a result, during mine production and construction process, it must use modern advanced technology to achieve efficient and scientific management of mine.According to the practical production process of Iron Mine of Jinshandian, this paper research on scraper, chute, electric locomotive, the bottom ore warehouse, mine skip and so on, which affect the production, uses operations research methods in the configuration situation of the scraper in the transport system and theory modeling study ,provides theoretical reference for the entire transport system optimization modeling.In accordance with the characteristics of the Sublevel Caving production transport system in underground mines, the discrete event system based on Python SimPy is used as simulation. It forms many classes for transport equipment in the procedure design. Thirteen pieces of ore units are used in the process of simulation. Graphics about time and corresponding mine volume of chute are drawn during mining process of each unit. After the end of the simulation graphics can be drawn for analysis in order to identify problems in the process of system operation.Using GDAS middleware, Python, Apache, PostgreSQL databases, JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets technology, transport system optimized simulation platform of the network version of Iron Mine of Jinshandian of the Wuhan Iron and Steel is builded.
