Wherefore,it is considerable actual sense and profound strategy sense exploring a method of the natural gas transform dimethyl ether with economy benefit,society benefit and environmental protection benefit,and put through industrialization, supply and replace availability fuel gradually for subsistence development of our economy,prevention environment and ecology equilibrium.Conceptual design is the considerable segment of the project research process,and it is the design in finishing experiment. It can reveal the problem and scarce of research work,thereby resolve the problem without delay,cut down the development cycle. The object is produce dimethyl ether technique with natural gas and air catalytic oxidation manufacture synthetic gas,evolving the technology technique research of the natural gas manufacture synthetic gas manufacture dimethyl ether. The research content is the conceptual design of the item with the natural gas and air manufacture dimethyl ether.the desigh context consist of five section:the natural gas inversion,gas condensation,dimethyl ether synthesis,product separation and dimethyl ethe finess.the design adopt Aspen Plus process simulation software currently, built up process simulation model of dimethyl ether manufacture process according to the base data of the theme,and simulate calculation process simulation model of dimethyl ether manufacture process, analyse the energy consumption of full term,and propose save energy step.
