The embedded system is the combination of computer technology, semiconductor technology,electronic technology and their applications in specific fields.The embedded system is a technology intensive and continuously innovative integrated system.Now,the level of automation and "intelligence" is relatively low in modern equipment manufacturing and industrial control systems.It's urgent to apply embedded system technology to the technical renovations of equipments,which contributes to technical innovation and enterprise development.Based on advanced control strategies and embedded real time operating systems,the thesis presents the design and application of an embedded intelligent controller.Using the intelligent controller will greatly improve the level of digital and information technology of the buried arc-welding system.In Bury arc-welding,we are often required on-site monitoring of equipment.But the singlechip data acquisition system is very difficult for the stability of competence,real-time requirements of high occasions.Compered with the traditional data acquisition systems, this embedded data acquisition system is with higher real-time and stability.This article had the embedded microprocessor S3C44BOX as the corehardware platform,choosed the excellent embedded linux OSμClinux of as software platform.In the design of hardware,this article expanded the port based On the minimum system consist of S3C44BOX JTAG and serial FLASH, SDRAM.The transplant of embedded OS is the first step in facilities so ftware design.Firstly This article designed the BootLoader programme,which initialized hareware and then boot the kernel ofμClinux after power up. Secondly it analysed the source code structure,and transplanted theμClinux to S3C44BOX refer to the support code of S3C4510.Finally it tailored the kernel ofμClinux according to hardware configuration.Based on the hardware management of embedded Linux,It is necessary to design driver for hardware.
