| The main oil-bearing series of Zhan 5th Block in Taiping Oil field are heavy-oil reservoir belonging to Ngtop 4 sand group, which have the active bottom/edge water and thin barriers. Based on the survey of the production technology of bottom-water reservoir, the optimization development-model, the horizontal well parameters, the technology of well completion and sand control, the steam-injection technology in horizontal well and the matching technique to enhancing reservoir development effect are studied for Zhan 5th Block using the reservoir numerical simulation method and experiments, The results are showed that the oil-bearing series of Zhan 5th Block which thickness are over 1 meters should be developed by horizontal well heating production, while others using horizontal well ordinary method; the horizon segment of ordinary horizontal well should lies in the middle-upper of reservoir ,not in the top, while that of heating horizontal well in the middle but approaching top part; the production of ordinary horizontal well should not be too large and it's better between 15 to 20 t/d, but to the heating horizontal well ,the perforation length should choose between 80 to 150m, the periodic gas injection amount between 2000 to 3000t, the production between 25 to 35t; In order to meet the demand of sand-control and steam injection in the horizontal wells of Zhan 5th Block, the well completion method using TP110H casing with diameter 7 in and thickness 9.19mm is recommended; the perforation in horizontal wells use variable density perforation with 140 bullets and guns, bottom phase 180°four lines arranging with 30°phase angle; the heating horizontal wells follow gravel packing technology to control sand with sand carrier SXSY-2 which is clean and low damage; the ordinary horizontal wells follow casing screen to control sand, the precise compound screen is the main body of the sand-control instruments; the plug-in type gas-injection strings are apt for Zhan 5th Block, and it's suggested to choose one or two wells to experiment using concentric gas-injection strings; the hot thin film spreading agent was injected along with the steam injection which can effectively decrease steam injection pressure and increases steam flooding efficiency; meanwhile, using the compound system of Nitrogen(N2) and high efficiency viscosity reducer can enhance the ordinary production well's production and effect. In order to improve old wells'production effect, the oil wells'water-block plan and the heating-production wells'blocking technology with both Nitrogen(N2) and bubble were studied based on the water intrusion analysis of preceding oil-test and and producing-test. The research effort in view of Zhan 5th Block can supply strategies to the problems such as high ratio water increasing, high ratio oil production reducing and well closing resulted by too high water including. It can not only effectively instruct Zhan 5th Block's high efficiency development but also have a instructing affect to other similar reservoirs. |
