Forging hammer is a widely used forging equipment,the vibration that generated by impact load while the forging hammer running is a serious industrial hazard.The intensity of vibration for foundation can reduce more than 80%after the vibration isolation for forging hammer and gain economic benefits and environmental benefits obviously.So far,the design of equipment of vibration isolation for forging hammer is mainly use manuals.It is low efficiency,bad visual and repetitive-work to design with the traditional approaches,many manuals are refered,much data calculated,many drawings designed accordingly.Changing the traditional design method,using a combination of CAD technology become a trend consequently.For the common software such as Por/E,its own standards and domestic standards are different,and also lacks the specialized isolation module for forging hammer.In view of above-mentioned problems,this paper suggests to research and develop the CAD system of vibration isolation for forging hammer based on the platform of Pro/E.In this paper,various methods of further development of Pro/E are analyzed and intercompared,the choice are made to establish the CAD system with the MFC dialog as the man-machine interface under VC++6.0,programmed with Pro/TOOLKIT,C language,ACCESS database,parameters and relations.The system was mainly composed of principle module,components parametric module,standard parts library module and BOM module which can be designed for the leaf spring suspensory vibration isolation,anti-pressure style,underlay style and inertia block style of rubber and coil spring vibration isolation.The forging hammer vibration isolation procedures were developed on the Por/E platform which can get rid of the cumbersome calculation and acquire the accurate results after programed the principle design.According to the user's actual selection,users choose the measure of vibration isolation,parameters of components and series of standard library components to output the 3-D and 2-D of the components interactively through the visualization interface systerm.Finally the bill of materials such as the mass,material,quantity and remark were outputed by the system which can be reduce workload prominently.Enterprises can focus on the design of product innovation,not only improve the overall efficiency of product design,but also improve the level of its technology.The sample approved that it is quite convenient to design parametric equipment by using the system,improve the design efficiency,and it is a strong value of the application and promotion.
