Continuous extrusion technology is a new type of nonferrous metal, non-cutting, special processing technology. Comparing with traditional techniques, it has many excellences, such as low energy consumption, fewer working procedures, high efficiency and so on. It has been widely used in extrusion production process of aluminum, soft aluminum alloy, copper and partial copper alloy. Products'range has been expanded wire stock, bar section, tubing and cladding materials. In our country, many important achievements, in the research field of continuous extrusion, have been acquired by Dalian Jiaotong University.The important deforming tools of continuous extrusion machine include extrusion wheel, the chamber, the die etc. As these components are under the condition of complex temperature and pressure, they are easily damaged in production. Meanwhile, forming quality of products is affected by the distribution of the working loads. Therefore, to conduct an accurate testing for them with sensor technique has great practical significance.The following contents are mainly discussed about in this thesis:1. Set up a loads-detecting system. Choose temperature sensors, pressure sensors, signal adjusting instrument, data acquisition terminal and analyzing software, which are related to the experiment, so that a complete working loads testing system can be built.2. Make a experiment scheme. Choose specific testing positions on each detecting area of the deforming tools. Make sure that the loads distribution can be revealed in each area.3. Design or repack the mechanisms of testing positions. Design thermoelectric couple channels and pressure sensors in the testing positions of the deforming tools, which are extrusion wheel, the chamber, the guide board the die etc. And machine the practical components.4. Test, get and analyze the experiment data. Do the experiment mentioned above in the working field with TLJ250 continuous extrusion and the testing system built before. Arrange and analyze the data acquired, so that the value and the regularity of changes of each load can be found.
