In some respects, gives some meaningful guidance of the produce designing.In the beginning, the thesis introduces the development and trend of fabric for Intimate Apparel, especially warp-knitted fabric. Secondly, it studies the manufuctural techniques of warp-knitted fabric, and summarizes designing principle and rule in four aspects: material decide, machine select, structural design and finishing manage。Thirdly, it states the general need of elasticity and its sorts, what's more ,it studies and analysis on the elasticity of warp underwear fabric from material, machine type, construction, speed of cloth winding and finishing. Thereinto construction, it chooses two representative type----the powernet and hexagonalnet, comes up two guiding theories according to material trials.
