The elasticity is one of an important physical properties of underwear fabric.The underwear wearing comfort,style and touching feeling are all influenced by the elastic of underwear fabric.Adding spandex fiber and warp weaving underwear fabric weaved by the warp knitting have an significant elasticity.Therefore,spandex warp knitted underwear fabrics occupies a larger share of the market because of its extension,excellent flexibility,uneasy loosing off,uneasy curling,permeability and other advantages.Spandex knitting underwear is widely used in sports wear corset and other fields Spandex warp knitted underwear tight body on tensile elastic,to provide the body proper pressure,to adjust the distribution of body fat and density,beautify the human body,improve the function of human motion.With the improvement of life quality,people start to propose higher requirements about tight clothing pressure comfort,also make the clothing pressure comfort become one of the key research fields of study.This paper sees spandex warp knitted fabric as the research object,carried on the fabric elasticity and clothing pressure study.Firstly,got 39 kinds of different specifications of the spandex mesh fabric by weaving experiment.And then analyzed and research on the relationship between process parameters such as allocation of raw materials,traction density,machine numbers and the warp volume,which found that the warp volume was a key factor affecting weaving production.Through the rational allocation of raw materials and the warp volume produced the spandex elastic mesh fabric that met the elastic requirements and fabric quality.Secondly,do a tensile elasticity test on all the above-mentioned fabrics and then got three main elasticity index data including fixed elongation,initial modulus and tensile recovery rate.The effects of the weaving processing parameters,such as the density of the raw material,the density of the traction,the density of the weaving and the number of the weaving process parameters,on the tensile elasticity of the fabric were investigated.Again,all the samples were tested using the MFF pressure in the film pressure test system,get the garment pressure and fabric structure parameters and material allocation relationship,further studying on clothing pressure and fabric elongation,initial modulus and elastic recovery between relations.Finally,the relationship between the elasticity,the structural parameters,the material configuration and the clothing pressure of the spandex elastic mesh fabric is established,.The tensile elasticity and structural parameters of the fabric were determined by the standard of human comfort.The above research on spandex mesh fabric obtain a result that warp is an important parameter in weaving,and stretching density is very significant linear correlation with the machine;The tensile elastic fabric is affected by raw material distribution andstructure parameter configuration,the effect of spandex line density is large,the fabric elongation force and the tensile modulus and density of spandex thread size is positively related to the density of fabric and fabric of the initial modulus and tensile force value is positive;elongation,initial modulus and underwear pressure positive correlation,while the tensile response rate and no significant correlation with garment pressure,and ultimately determine the spandex thread density.Spandex stretch,density and other parameters put important influences on underwear pressure,and obtain the fabric structure parameters corresponding to the pressure of human comfort.
