With the improvement of living standard,people pay more and more attention to the function of clothing.In the process of dynamic contact between human body and clothing,clothing slip,as one of the elements of clothing movement function,can represent the advantages and disadvantages of clothing movement function,and directly affect the beauty and comfort of clothing.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the influencing factors of clothing slippage.Based on the daily office activities of young white-collar workers,this paper focuses on slip of underwear based on skin deformation and fabric elasticity.Experiments were carried out on real human body.According to the basic characteristics of human movements and the characteristics of people's daily actions,4 different movements were set up.According to the characteristics of clothing slip,4 measuring positions of clothing slip were selected.According to the relevant standards and the research status of human body measurement,14 measuring positions of skin deformation were set up.The elastic data of fabric is obtained through experimental measurement and made into tight underwear.The experiment is divided into three parts.One is the measurement of skin deformation,the other is the measurement of clothing slip,and the third is the measurement of fabric elasticity.The main results of the study are as follows:(1)Human body movement will cause skin deformation on the surface of the body.In order to adapt to the stretching deformation of the skin,clothing slip is affected by different movement forms and amplitude.(2)In the study of the relationship between clothing slippage and skin deformation,it is found that under the same body movement,clothing slippage rate has a significant positive correlation with skin deformation rate of corresponding stretch parts.And,due to the elasticity of body fitted underwear,clothing slippage rate is usually smaller than skin stretch deformation rate.(3)In the study of the relationship between clothing slippage and fabric elasticity,it is found that clothing slippage is affected by fabric elasticity.The influence of fabric weft elasticity on fabric slippage is higher than that of fabric warp elasticity.On the whole,there is a negative correlation between fabric weft elasticity and fabric slippage rate,but there is no significant relationship between fabric warp elasticity and fabric slippage rate.(4)Based on the statistical analysis of the influence of human body movement and fabric elasticity on clothing slippage,the regression models of clothing slippage rate,skin deformation rate and fabric elasticity are established.It is suggested that in the design of underwear products,the elasticity of clothing fabric should be selected according to the characteristics of human body movement and the regression model,which can not only meet the skin stretch deformation in daily activities,but also improve the slippage of clothing.
