With the rapid development of computer network technology and Vitual Instruments technology,the application of Virtual Instruments technology for remote monitoring based on network technology will permeat to each field of daily life and the industry production.The combination of Virtual Instruments technology and network technology expands the application range of Virtual Instruments to the whole Internet/Intranet.So that make the signal acquisition,transmitting and dealing with integrated,furthermore it is not restricted by region or environment.In this thesis,we take NC machine as the research object and have developed a processing system monitoring system of NC machine based on network technology and Virtual Instruments technology, then apply the popular video survellance technology into this system.We focus on the tool condition monitoring methods.lt adopts three layers structure that include NC machine layer,work field server layer and remote main control room layer.Using popular computer network currently to connect work field server with remote main control room.In this thesis,we have introduced the structure, function and realization technology of the system in detail.In particularly,it includes such main contents as follow.Firstly,the framework of tool cutting vibration monitor and analysis system is built based on the using of Virtual Instrments technology and network technology.The time-domain and the frequency-domain analytical methods of vibration signal are researched ,then apply the video survellance technology into the processing system monitoring system.Secondly,developed the remote information collection and processing system of NC machine processing system from two aspects of hardware and software.The USB structure is used in hardware structure of the system,the data acquisition card USB2002,the video capture card,the CCD camera and the piezoelectri accelerometer CA-YD-106 are selected to fulfill the high speed data acquisition.The hardware have such advantage as flexible extention,convenient operation and cheap cost,and so on.The virtual instrument platform LabVIEW is selected as the software developing platform.The modularized and leveled design method is applied during the software design.Thirdly, analyses and compares the several ways of remote control technology with LabVIEW based on network technology.lt emphasizes on the remote panel technology.Combining the fact,we choose this program to achieve remote monitoring of processing system.Finally,tested the system in the XS6380 high-seed CNC milling machine.Mianly tested the the remote monitoring of machine is done on the workpiece and tool condition.
