Coal is the main energy resources, and it will play an important role for a long time in the future. It is the best method that using the rich coal resources of our country clearly and effectively, and making the resources, the economy and the environment develop coordinately. All these can guarantee the security of the energy in our contry.Coal Water Slurry is one of the important content in clean coal technology. And the additive is one of the key technology. In order to reduce the cost, improve quality, promote the industrial progress and play the advantages of CWS, it is very important to find an compound CWS additive whose material is raw, extensive and cheap.In This paper, we evaluate the performance of DCSA firstly. Slurry ability experiments showed: DCSA can disperse effectively on Loudi coal and Datong Coal, and the CWS of the two coal are very stable. However, DCSA plays poorly on Yima Coal, the dispersibility is ineffective. By analyzing the structure of the of coal and DCSA, we discover the way to improve DCSA, and decide introducing the Naphthalenesulfonic as a active groupe based on the synthesis processes of DCSA.And then on the basis of the study of Hong-Bo Yang, by doing single-factor experiment we decide the synthetic technology conditions of high-efficiency compound CWS additive: Soluble 100g alkali lignin in 200ml water, when the temperature reaches T1, add initiator M1, reacte for h1 hours. When temperature reaches T2, add sulfonating agent M2, react for h2 hours. When temperature reaches T3, add condensing agent M3 and active groups M4, react for h3 hours. The high-efficiency compound coal-water slurry additive can be get.Slurry ability experiments showed: Pulp in the same conditions (concentration, particle size distribution, etc.), high-efficiency compound CWS additive's dispersibility was markedly improved compare with DCSA, at the same time it is better than the NSF, and slurry has a good stability; It is not only can adapt to the Loudi coal slurry and Datong coal easily, it is also can play well on Yima Coal. It is a coal-water slurry additive that has higy cost performance and bright market prospects.Finally, by doing dispersion and adsorption experiments that additives in the coal-water mixture, analysising the infrared spectrum of DCSA, high-efficiency compound CWS additive and different coals, determining the adsorption of additives on the face of coal, we can identify the high-efficiency compound CWS additive contains a large series of phenylproane functional groups which intimate to coal and a large number of hydroxy groups and sulfonate-selective groups which intimate to water. And the dispersion mechanism of high-efficiency compound CWS additive was proposed.
