As a coal production and consumption country, the main part of the energy supplyfor a long period of time in China’s coal. Coal~based energy structure is difficult torapid transformation in china. In the face of coal, coal supply shortage, we solve thisfundamental problem is thought as well as the optimal choice for the clean andefficient use of coal energy.But in how to environmental protection as far as possible,efficient use of coalenergy field, the technology of coal water slurry is the most important part, and the keytechnology of coal water slurry is the additive. Research has superior performance, lowcost, wide source of raw materials of coal water slurry additive characteristics hasimportant significance for the efficient use of coal and the sustainable developmentand environmental protection.Study on slurry experiment method to the parameter of the DCSB is used in thispaper, and through the research data and Analysis on the structure of coal sampleresults for the preparation process of DCSB improvement measures are proposed. Datashows that, for the pulp and medium coal slurry difficult easy, DCSB effect is obvious;for hard into the slurry of coal samples, introducing naphthalene sulfonate reactivegroups can improve the performance of the original additive, to meet the productionrequirements, performance reached the daily use.The author through the single factor experiment method in the previous researchon the process of synthesis and the related requirements. Determination of the relatedparameters, adding other reference materials under different temperature conditions, soas to meet the requirements of production.Through pulping experiment, we get the following results. Under the sameconditions, high performance composite additives for coal water slurry with respect toDCSB and NSF has a significant advantage. For coal slurry medium easily into pulp,the pulp and has good stability, even for hard coal slurry, also can enhance theperformance of. The improvement of our intention with the. And the cost is low, canhave very good market competitive advantage.
