In recent years, with the rapid development of the scale and intensify poultry farming in our countr, the environmental pollution is more serious. The problem of nitrogen pollution in livestock wastewater is the most prominent.Water eutrophication and serious ecological environment due to high concentration of nitrogen is now a global problem. So,the research of degradation of nitrogen in livestock wastewater is particularly urgent. At present,in the wastewater treatment of environment, compared with the physics and chemical method, biological nitrogen removal is widely recognized. It become main content of the attention and research in field of environmental science and wastewater treatment. The two high effective microorganisms with nitrogen removed bacteria were isolated form the livestock wastewater by way of the limiting dilution combine with the chromogenic medium screening methods in this study for the problem of nitrogen pollution of the livestock wastewater. And strain CPZ-24 have the function of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification. It occurred in the log phase of the strain. All NH4+-N is removed and the removal rate of TN is 98.70%with 20h by strain CPZ-24 when the beginning mass concentration of NH4+-N is 50mg/L;the removal rate of NO3--N is 66.74%and the removal rate of TN is 64.27%in aerobic denitrification.Strain CPZ-56 have batter capable of heterotrophic nitrification. Heterotrophic nitrification occurred in the log phase of the strain CPZ-56.All NH4+-N is removed and the removal rate of TN is 64%with 28h by strain CPZ-56 when the beginning mass concentration of NH4+-N is 50mg/L.According to the morphological and physiological properties and the analysis of its 16SrDNA gene, strain CPZ-24 was identified as Rhodococuus Pyridinivorans and was found that Rhodococuus pyridinivorans have the function of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification;strainCPZ-56 was identified as Shinella zoogloeoides and was found that Shinella zoogloeoides have the function of heterotrophic nitrification.
