Using poplar wastewater as medium to culture bacterial strain SY-1 and using the fermented liquid to agricultural production,is a good method to dissolve the pollution from pulping wastewater and control the crops diseases.This reclamation changes the tranditional method and the idea of using certain substances of wastewater.The transformation can be used in pollution cropland to restoration,easily finishing circulation economic roller chain.So this is the new approach of agricultural sustainable development.The study researched the optimum fermentation conditions for using poplar wastewater as medium to culture bacterial strain SY-1.The result shows SY-1 can using the active principle to increase,and the optimal combinations were as follow:initial pH 8,the amount of liquid 100 mL/250 mL,inoculum quantity 5%,temperature 40℃.Under these conditions,the COD removal rate was 61.23%.The fermented liquid displayed a broad-spectrum antagonistic to 8 pathogens tested in the study.The seeds of Chinese Cabbages were soaked with serially diluted of raw wasterwater and fermented liquid(after fermentation by bacterial strain SY-1).The results showed that raw wasterwater and fermented liquid,with the suitable concentration,could improve seed germination and growth;with the same concentration,the effect of fermented liquid were obviously better than the raw wasterwater,besides,the fermented liquid(25 times dilution) was superior to the others,reaching 130.38 to vigor index,increasing 47.12%compared with raw wastewater and increasing 165.16%compared with water.In the soil of treatment group,detections of microorganism's quantity of tomato's rhizosphere implied that the quantity of bacteria representing soil fertility properties is obviously more than that of the comparison group,the actinomycetes' quantity is more than the comparison group,increased 62.5%,while the fungus quantity is less than that in the comparison group,reduced 33%.Besides,the stem length was up to 1.31cm,the root length up to 2.49cm,fresh weight up to 405mg.Using poplar wastewater as medium to culture bacterial strain SY-1 and using the fermented liquid to agricultural production,and put them to contaminated field is a appropriate route of the resourcing utilize of wastewater.
