The ordinary forced action mixer has two problems which are inefficient zone and agglomeration of cement .These problems have the inseparable relations not only to mixer structure close correlation, but also to art of mixing. This article according to the problems with the mixers commercially available today, proposed improves it to stir the performance the measure. Through the theoretical analysis, this article proposed the principle of design on various parameters of mixers. The author has designed the double-spiral-belt vane mixer on basis of ordinary twin-shafts mixer. Through the experimental study, it has been carried on the whole optimization and the match to the Double-spiral-belt vane mixer of various parameters.It draws the conclusion about the most superior parameter:the line speed of mixing is 19m/s, the double-spiral-belt vane spiral-up-angle is 76°, the time of mixing is 60s. Also has carried on the contrast by the double-spiral-belt mixer with twin-shaft mixer, obtains in same time of mixing, the double-spiral-belt mixer the concrete 28d average strength ratio twin-shaft mixer erenhanced 94%; the mixing time in the double-spiral-belt mixer to reduce half but twin-shaft mixer to in mixing the time invariable situation, the double-spiral-belt mixer the concrete 28d average intensity basic is same with twin-shaft mixer. The result indicated that, the double-spiral-belt vane mixer has well compared to twin-shaft mixer the mixing quality.Simultaneously also proposed the improvement the mixing quality two kinds different to art of double-speed mixing and art of same-speed mixing. Under the analysis of the second mixing mechanism, the application orthogonal experiment design, to art of double-speed mixing and art of same-speed mixing various parameters separately to carry on the choice and the match.Obtaining the more superior parameteris of art of double-speed mixing are : The mixing time of mortar is 40s, the mixing time of concrete is 60s, the mixing line speed of mortar is9.0m/s, the mixing line speed of concrete is 3.2m/s, the first water volume is 40%; The more superior parameteris of art of same-speed mixing are: The mixing time of mortar is 30s, the mixing time of concrete is 40s, the mixing line speed is 6.0m/s, the first water volume is 60%. Similarly has carried on the contrast experiment to the two art, art of double-speed mixing which activates grout in high speed, controls W/C ratio on gravel interface says from the theory surpasses art of same-speed mixing. But the test result indicated, the concrete intensity of art of same-speed mixing not only quite with art of double-speed mixing, moreover under the specific condition, the intensity also has the enhancement. It has close relationship with which in the testing high speed to mix the cement mortar to cause the mortar to fling sticks is mixing the tube endophragm,but not to be able to participate normally mixing again. And it causes the concrete intensity low most main reason which art of same-speed mixing mixs. In addition the equipment of art of double-speed mixing exists structure complex, the production cost higher insufficiency, the equipment of art of same-speed mixing structure to be simple, is suitablefor the industrialization application.
