In this paper, a series of imprinted polymer.was synthesised with RAC as template molecule were prepared by molecular imprinting technique usingα-methacrylic acid and 4-Vpy as a functional monomer,explore a simple segregation analysis method of RAC.The major topics in the thesis include:1.The progress of basic theory,sythesis and application of molecular imprinting polymers were reviewed.The existing problems and development trends of molecular imprinting were emphasized.2.A series of imprinted polymer was synthesised with RAC as template molecule were prepared by molecular imprinting technique usingα-methacrylic acid and 4-Vpy as a functional monomer and EGDMA and reformative silica gel as cross-linker ,the principle of ractopamine molecular imprinting were discussed.3.The influence factors for elution efficiency,such as raw material ratios,fore-reaction time and solvent etc are discussed in detail.The imprinted polymers have been characterized by Infrared Spectrum and SEM;4.The results show that the polymer has the highest elution efficiency when raw material mole ratios(n(RAC):n(MMA):n(EGDMA)) was 1:4:80;The adsorption efficiency and selectivity were investigated,the imprinted polymer had higher adsorption efficiency and higher selectivity compared to the blank polymer which had the same chemical composition,it can be used as a simple segregation analysis method of Ractopamine.
