Research On The Automatic Delimited Angle System Of CMM25-4 Type Bolt Drilling Cars

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, recently, as one of the important energy, coal'demand continue increasing, the main coal-producing areas of the production scale is also expanding. How to solve the problems such as highly effective,high production,and the security has become the key and the core to the coal mine further development. At present, much of mine bolting used primarily for pneumatic equipment, coal power and hydraulic drilling rig and drilling monomer, bolting construction technique was still used the manual operation which is high labor-intensity, low productivity, large position error. It is not only affect the efficiency of coal production and bolting the implementation of the design parameters, but also have great security risk to operation and did not match with the mechanization of coal production, seriously constrain the mechanized mining capacity into full play, so it has great practical significance to develop a new type of high level of automation of the bolting device.In view of the domestic and foreign existing roof bolter equipment, research summed up the advantages and disadvantages which existing in anchor drilling technology and equipment, considering the impact of the actual working conditions underground factors, based on the domestic CMM25-4-type bolt drilling car, the automatic positioning bolt's working principle was proposed, and the control system data sampling method, modeling and treatment methods was also given. The C language is used to design and development procedure for digital control system.In the article, the automatic indexing system's design method was proposed by analysis the existing working principle of drills vehicle and the unique feature, and using large-scale CAD and the SolidWorks software, carried on the solid modeling to the automatic indexing system's mechanism part, the three dimensional full-scale mockup which the simulation needs has constructed, the ADAMS software analysis software used to carry on the kinematics and dynamics simulation, to the key anchor which proposed drills equipment's principle of design which and the computational method the craft uses carries on the confirmation.
