Coal Preparation Flowsheet Intelligence Calculation Based On Java

Coal is main energy in China, and coal preparation is an effective technical means to improve the quality of coal, in order to improve the efficiency of design, a coal preparation flow intelligence computing based on Java was presented in this paper.The subject has two parts functions. Firstly, the optional coal and equipment performance were evaluated. Secondly, device Manager Selection and coal preparation process were computed.Equipment parameters and pictures were stored with database,which avoiding the data's input repeatly and inquiry, the equipment information by inputing the equipment number was got, the operation was simplified, pictures was added to database to increase the system's flexibility and practicality. In a word, the database is the system's foundation.The characteristics of the coal preparation process, the model of the system processes structure and its solution were analysised, then simulating the Coal Preparation process computation with incidence matrix was made the preliminary discussed. The input and output of equipment were ported and computed separately, so that compution in accordance with the order, and orderly conduct.The algorithm was designed from simple to complex, from the overall to individual, which is the core of the whole system.Object-oriented software engineering method was used to describe the problem.
