| Rolling bearing CNC rotary feeding system(hereinafter referred to as CNC rotary table)is a key function part high-grade CNC machine tools.However,lack of systematic design procedures and methods affects the design quality and efficiency of CNC rotary table.In combination with the experience of designers,the CNC rotary table design process is programmed.A computer-aided rolling support rotary feed design system with automatic calculation,part parameterization and automatic assembly of parts is developed.Firstly,according to the overall structure of the CNC rotary table,the framework of the CNC rotary table system based on MVC was designed.Second,the overall plan of the CNC rotary table was determined,including the determination of the equivalent load,rotation speed of the table,and positioning and positional repeatability accuracy,providing support for the selection design of CNC rotary table.Thirdly,the selection and calculation methods of the universal parts of the CNC rotary table were summarized and the software functions are implemented,including the rolling rotary guide,motor,coupling,and circular grating.Then,the parametric design technology of the model was studied.The development process of parametric design of the numerical control rotary table part is designed,and the function of parametric design of the NC rotary table part was realized.Finally,the automatic assembly technology was studied,and the key technologies such as the acquisition of the position of the model tree elements,the customization of the parts template features,and the constraint application of the components were studied.The automatic assembly of the parts of the CNC rotary table was realized.With the computer-aided rolling support rotary feed system developed in this paper,can quickly and efficiently realize the design of the CNC rotary table system by determining the input conditions,improving the design quality and efficiency.It is of great significance to the technical progress of the CNC machine tool industry. |
